These devices got the Android 13 update

In April, Google has the first to release the Android 13 Beta 1 for its eligible Pixel devices. After this Google has continually issued the Android 13 update in the next stage for Android devices. This update has reached beta 2, 2.1, and beta 3, 3.1, and 3.2 platform stability.

Last month, Google has rolling out the Android 13 Developer Preview Program and Beta 2 for OnePlus, Xiaomi, OPPO, realme, Vivo, Nokia, Asus, Lenovo, Sharp, TECNO, and ZTE some of these flagship smartphones. This mid-month OnePlus, Vivo, OPPO, and realme devices receive their second Developer Preview Program (DP2).

The Android 13 update is being delivered to smartphone users through Beta. This update comes with many latest improvements including enhancing the system stability, security and privacy, performance, customization, interface, and controls. Google will soon release the Stable Platform Android 13 update for its Android users.
