In April, Google started rolling out the first Android 13 Developer and Beta program. After this, the company continued expanding the next version of Beta, and a few days ago the eligible Pixel smartphone users received the Android 13 Beta 4.1 ahead of the final platform.

Google will soon discharge the final Android 13 update for its eligible Pixel devices. This new Operating System offers various new features and interface changes such as better Material You options, new playing controls, auto theme icons, Smart Home Control, and Media Sharing.
Early this month, Google released the Android 13 security bulletin in which, the US company officially confirmed that the Android 13 operating system will be released to AOSP with the September 2022 security patch. This means Pixel users will have to wait another month.
When will my Pixel phone get the stable Android 13 update:
If you have the mentioned below supported Pixel devices, you will be able to get the update to Android 13 beta over the air (OTA). Android developers may soon release the stable Android 13 update for eligible Pixel smartphones in October or the last month of this year.
However, there is no official announcement as to when the stable Android 13 update will be issued. Google will simultaneously release this new software update for the below smartphones. Pixel customers will have to wait a few more months to get the official Android 13 update.
