Last week, the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra got this update with the One UI 7 beta, and now, Samsung has released a separate update with just the security fixes for those still using Android 14 and One UI 6.1.1.

The Galaxy S24 FE, which can’t use the One UI 7 beta, is also getting the same update. The update is rolling out in South Korea for the S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra with software version S92xNKSS5AXKA, and in Europe for the S24 FE with version S721BXXS3AXK6.

This security update fixes over 45 vulnerabilities, including six critical ones and 28 high-level ones. It also includes fixes for one issue from a previous update and one that doesn’t affect Samsung devices.

Additionally, Samsung has addressed two security issues in its semiconductor products and added eight more patches for its own software, including the Theme Center, Galaxy Watch Bluetooth, SmartSwitch, and Dex Mode.

It’s important to note that this update only includes security fixes. Samsung is currently testing Android 15 and One UI 7 for the Galaxy S24 series, so no new features or user experience improvements will be available until the official One UI 7.0 update comes next year.

To get the latest update on your phone, go to Settings » Software update and tap “Download and install.
