In 2020, Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, which were big hits. The latest renders and rumors suggest that the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a design reminiscent of the Note 20.
Now, a new rumor suggests that the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra might borrow some design elements from the Note 20. According to the rumor, one of the five prototypes being tested for the S25 Ultra has a design reminiscent of the Note 20.
New HD renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra show it in a striking Titanium Gold color. These images, created by TechnizoConcept, are based on CAD renders from Onleaks and details provided by IceUniverse. Essentially, these updated visuals offer a clearer look at the redesigned phone in its new color option.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra might feature a flat display instead of the curved screen found on the Note 20 Ultra. It could also have slightly less rounded corners. Importantly, the S25 Ultra is expected to include an integrated S Pen, continuing the Note series’ legacy.
While the S25 Ultra might echo the Note 20’s style, it won’t copy its camera design. The camera sensors are likely to follow Samsung’s current signature design, not the rectangular island seen on the back of the Note 20.
The Note 20 series was notable as it was the last of the Note line, but Samsung has kept the S Pen functionality alive in its S Ultra and Z Fold models.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is set to bring some exciting design changes, with rumors suggesting it will have a 6.8-inch flat sAMOLED screen, a 200-megapixel camera, and support for the S Pen. It might also feature a thin, angular frame, giving it a modern look similar to the latest iPhones, but with its distinct style.
Samsung recently released new foldable phones and is preparing to launch the Galaxy S24 FE next month. The Galaxy S25 series is expected to be revealed in early January 2025.
